Youth Futures

It’s time to talk about, and transition what the future looks like for young people in the Macleay.

key questions:

  1. How can we support young people to transition from school to work?
  2. How can we better link work and education?
  3. How can we create an environment that engages young people in learning, work and play?

In the week of 13th May Taz and Em of Futures Isle will travel to the Macleay to run a community workshop for young people designed to assist the Social Impact in the Regions team to identify a range of ways to solve conference challenges such as venues, accommodation and transport.

In solving these issues the participants will also consider a range of ways to solve broader community challenges. Want to learn more about this? Get in touch
