SIITR24 Conference partners
We are very grateful to the partners, sponsors and donors who assist us to make our ambitious program a reality.
Learning the Macleay
Where would we be without our partners at Learning the Macleay? Not only has the entity played a major role in assisting us to get the conference up and running, as the backbone organisation delivering the Stronger People Stronger Places program in Kempsey the LTM team has also been instrumental in supporting our lead in Ready Macleay program and providing general and ongoing advice on the local community.
Futures Isle
Taz and Em of Futures Isle have been with us since the very beginning as our partners in the important Social Impact in the Regions Youth Stream. We believe that nurturing young people in our regional communities and providing opportunities to engage in the social impact sector is incredibly important and we love Taz and Em’s enthusiasm to sign on the dotted line for the full ten-year-vision.
In 2023 Taz and Em flew in from Tassie and delivered a program to remember for the young people from Kempsey and Macksville High Schools. In 2024 we are ramping this up with our youth co-design team already in early conversations about how best to engage, support and include young people in the #SIITR24 program.
Mangiato, Macleay Valley
We are incredibly grateful to the Mangiato team, Georgia (left) and Anita (right) for supporting us to connect with local producers and hospitality providers to create a conference menu that is not only delicious but also nutritious and inclusive of local farmers. We can’t wait for you to taste the delectable offerings of Mangiato at both the welcome event and conference dinner, and their identified local hospitality partners throughout the event.
Business for Good Network
Tom and Javi from the Business for Good Network have brought us in on the early days of their social impact platform and conference networking tool. We hope you enjoy using the tool to connect with other delegates and find your way around the program.
Gowings
When we decided to host the conference in Kempsey NSW we were a bit concerned about the venue. We thought through a range of options from a circus tent to outdoor event, all a bit scary for a year 2 event. And then we saw it… A disused retail space in Kempsey Central. Gowings said YES! and the rest is history.
Father Jesse Poole and the Anglican Diocese of Kempsey
We are very grateful for Father Jesse’s support as a conference partner who has provided us with a range of insights about the local community, assisted community engagement, rallied the Anglican Church catering team to provide the most delectable morning and afternoon teas and gone out of his way to ensure the conference gala dinner venue will be an event to be remembered.
