Karen Wiik is a seasoned senior executive with over 25 years of experience in economic development, investment transactions, and strategic stakeholder management within the public sector.
Holding a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Business Administration, Karen has consistently demonstrated her expertise in delivering impactful investment outcomes.
Since 2018, she has successfully delivered several investment programs for the Queensland Government. Her leadership has been recognised through multiple Premier’s Awards for Excellence. Karen is excited to use her investment delivery expertise and strong collaborative approach to lead the implementation of the impact investing initiatives in the Social Enterprise and Impact Investing Roadmap 2025.
