Dining
SIITR delegates already know that we make sure you are properly sustained throughout the event. In 2026 we’ve gone overboard with the smorgasbord of local produce on offer in the Stanthorpe region. Your ticket includes food and beverages at two social events (the welcome event and conference dinner), daily lunches, morning and afternoon teas.
You will need to arrange dinner on 2nd. We will have some options for you to consider booking in the really near future.
