Natalie Bramble

CEO | Your Not-For-Profit Guide

Natalie Bramble has spent 20 years on the hardest part of change, the part that comes after the magic moment. As CEO and co-founder of NFP Guide, a group of certified social enterprises based in Dubbo, New South Wales, she has watched hundreds of organisations reach the point where the right stakeholders are finally around the table, everyone is aligned on the shift, resources are flowing and the collaboration is real, and she has spent two decades working out what keeps that alive once the funding round closes, the champion moves on and the working group quietly disbands.

Through three social enterprises she co-founded, NFP Guide, iClick2Learn and Win the Grant or Tender, and the NFP Guide Foundation she established, Natalie has empowered over 20,000 community leaders, staff and volunteers across Australia and the Pacific Islands, and her world-first Grant Writing System has helped not-for-profits and charities secure millions of dollars in funding. Her focus throughout has been the capacity that outlasts the grant: the governance, systems and skills that turn a moment of alignment into durable, resilient community change.

She is the author of Win the Grant, holds an MBA and postgraduate qualifications in governance and entrepreneurship. Her work has earned national and international business awards, multiple LearnX Industry Awards, and recognition as an Outstanding Employer of Choice.
